Automatic email and SMS with fasting instructions, cycle-day guidance where relevant, and what to bring.

This is where Stripe Checkout and the slot picker connect. The build decisions still outstanding are the payment provider account, the booking system, and whether appointments live in the same calendar as VitaSlim.
